Synergem Consultancy Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013). We have established a Center of Excellence (CoE) in Welding and NDT Technologies at MLR Institute of Technology (MLRIT), Hyderabad, and also serve as the Industry Training Partner for the MLR Group of Colleges. We have a strategic collaboration with Medhavi Skills University, a government-notified skills university and awarding body recognized by the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), with approvals from the University Grants Commission (UGC), Directorate General of Training (DGT), and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Synergem Consultancy Private Limited is also a Recognized Education Provider (REP) of TÜV SÜD, authorized to deliver official training programs aligned with global certification standards. From 2010 to 2016, we were recognized by the Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Ministry of Power, and Government of India.

We provide a variety of international training and certification programs aimed at fresh graduates and working professionals in the mechanical engineering field. These programs include Work-Integrated Skill-Based Higher Education (WISE) and SKILLS Qualifications (Vocational Certificates & Diplomas). All of our accredited qualifications are industry-led and focused on outcome-based learning, prioritizing practical application over theoretical knowledge.
