Admissions for Post-graduation Training program in PPE for fresher will commence from September 2014 for (Batch V)
Applications are invited for full time Post graduation program in Thermal Power Plant Engineering. One year Post Graduation Training program is designed as per mandatory requirement under Training and Development policy (under Indian Electricity Rules, 1981) which states that â€śNo person shall be authorized to operate or undertake maintenance of any part or whole of generating station of capacity 100 MW and above together with the associated sub stations unless he is adequately qualified and has undergone the specified training at a recognized institute. The training for such person is to be arranged in Institute, which is recognized by CEAâ€ť. Training is held in Nagpur. Training comprises classroom training along with regular plant visits which are conducted at nearby thermal power stations and Inplant Training. Classroom training is well supported by computer based training programs and simulator training.
Invitation of Application for Post Graduation Program in TPPE (Executive Training Program)
Applications are invited for Post graduation program in Thermal Power Plant Engineering for working professionals. Post Graduation program in Thermal power Plant Engineering (Executive Training Program) is designed as per the training program with reference to Training and Development policy (under Indian Electricity Rules, 1981). Objective of the Training Program is to produce technically trained professionals for Energy Sector and prepare engineers for Operation and Maintenance of Power Stations. The training program is managed from Nagpur Center. Training comprises practical training through project work, classroom sessions (Computer Based Training) along with regular assignments which are to be carried out at power station.
